Her student-centered approach has impacted over 300 lives, blending language learning with emotional growth. 💙📚

April 6th, 2025, for 22 participants in HMI’s Refugee Career Pathways (RCP) Program, was the start of a day full of firsts: their first time on a train, their first visit to Los Angeles, and their first chance to experience the city’s cultural landmarks not as outsiders—but as welcomed guests.
