Refugee Career Pathways Program

(ECRCP)

WHat is ecrcp?

The EmpowerCare Refugee Career Pathways Program (ECRCP) program provides refugees and asylees with professional training, career planning, and mentorship opportunities to help achieve meaningful, sustainable careers.

“The ECRCP program is not just about finding a job—it’s about building a career. Participants leave with confidence, qualifications, and connections that can last a lifetime.”

Think of this program as a launchpad to success.

Here's what participants will gain:

  • Education & Training

  • Career Development Resources

  • Financial Support for Certifications (with application and approval)

Within six months of enrolling:

  • A majority of participants report stronger financial stability—moving into more sustainable wage levels.

  • 71% use newly learned skills every day, including resume writing, online training, and navigating vocational pathways.

  • Confidence in understanding U.S. career systems improves dramatically, with many clients moving from “not confident at all” to “confident” or “very confident.”
