How We Help

Career Planning Tailored to You.

    • Career Planning Tailored to You: Work with your Career Navigator to build a personalized Career Development Plan.

      • Together, you’ll identify your goals, explore career fields, and map out steps to success.

    • Explore New Possibilities: Whether you’re starting fresh or building on previous experience, we’ll help you uncover careers that align with your skills and aspirations.

    • Flexible and Adaptable: Your career plan grows with you. Short-, medium-, and long-term goals can adjust as you make progress or face new challenges.

Learn, Train, & Grow.

    • Access Certification and Training Programs: Develop industry-recognized skills in healthcare, IT, business, marketing, and more.

    • Workshops to Sharpen Your Skills: Improve your resume, polish your interview techniques, and learn how to navigate the American workplace culture.

    • Affordable Learning: Gain access to programs that might otherwise cost thousands of dollars—with funding support available up to $12,000 over three years (for those who are chosen via application).

Build Professional Connections.

    • Work with Mentors Who Care: Get matched with a professional in your desired field who will guide you, provide insights, and open doors.

    • Attend Career Fairs: Meet future employers, learn about job opportunities, and start building relationships with hiring professionals.

    • Tap Into Local Expertise: Leverage partnerships with top organizations like UCRX, Chrysalis, and AJCC to connect with even more resources and opportunities.
